Seared scallops with confit of pork finished with peppered pineapple salsa, preserved cherries and assorted crostinis.

SMaize-fed Suffolk farm chicken breast and Evesham asparagus, Kentish young buttered carrots, runner beans, garlic-scented potatoes, English white wine and garden pea sauce.

Mango and basil sorbet.

Dark chocolate and raspberry torte with cranachan quenelle, raspberry coulis.
