CARIBBEAN

The waiters greet guests with pina coladas as a steel band plays vibrantly. Canapés are being circulated on long wooden trays lined with shiny banana leaves and decorated with tropical flowers.

Bright and colourful floral centre pieces lift the room, tall displays fill the corners bringing guest closer in and more relaxed. A Caribbean feast filled with flavour and colour is the final touch which transports everyone to a tropical island; carefree, fun filled and opulent.

Wedding Breakfast

Starter

Red snapper fillet marinated in scotch bonnets, coriander and spring onions served with a black bean and pineapple salad.

Main Course

Pan fried breast of chicken stuffed with mango and ginger mousse, served with a creamy jerk sauce, rice and peas.

Dessert

Coconut and lime tart, served with sliced mango and topped with peanut brittle.
