Laura & Max's Wedding
Venue:
The House of St Barnabas, Soho, London
Guests: 96
Laura and Max wanted simple but delicious food to be served in the opulent Georgian House. Following a tasting they decided on our yummy Thai food, we mirrored this theme in the presentation of our canapés by using simple bamboo platters and the same type of flowers that Laura had chosen for her table decoration.

The initial brief from Caroline, Nicky and their families was that there was to be lots and lots of very good food and that it had to be served to within a packed schedule which included dancing and speeches before during and after the meal. Through tastings and detailed planning from all parties involved the schedule was literally kept to the minute.

Foodies Emma and Phil wanted to make their Parkstead House wedding personal by designing their own menu and getting the Penni Black team to reproduce it for their guests. Phil worked in hospitality catering and so had felt very strongly about not serving his guests the usual banqueting fare at their wedding.
