Laura & Max's Wedding

Laura and Max wanted simple but delicious food to be served in the opulent Georgian House. Following a tasting they decided on our yummy Thai food, we mirrored this theme in the presentation of our canapés by using simple bamboo platters and the same type of flowers that Laura had chosen for her table decoration. However after the sun went down we jazzed up our presentation using more colourful lights and flowers to create an appealing evening buffet with lots of naughty nibbles.

Canapés Menu

  • Oriental Chicken on a lemongrass skewer, served with sweet chilli sauce

  • Seared Tuna sushi served on a spoon
  • Haloumi skewers with a spicy salsa dip
  • Sesame salmon skewers served with a sweet soy sauce
  • Thai fish cakes
  • Vegetable spring rolls

All the canapés were served on our bespoke bamboo bowls and platters using the following flowers to compliment the theme; poppy red anemones, rosemary branches and cream ranunculus.

Wedding Breakfast

On a square plate each guest was served 3 individual bowls all containing the following:

  • Thai beef curry
  • Egg fried rice, garnished with Indonesian pickles
  • Thai crackers

Wedding Cake / Dessert

  • Tiered meringue with cream and mixed red berries

Late Evening

Evening Cheese board and mini dessert buffet including double chocolate shots, crème brulee and tiramisu.
